Yes, once per billing period. Pick bundles let you choose eligible Premium,

How do daily and monthly limits work? +
Standard services include a daily allowance. You can buy a higher daily
allowance separately for each service. Movies Anywhere uses one shared monthly
allowance for 1080p and 4K. The optional Netflix 4K upgrade has its own monthly
allowance.
